Our main aim is customer satisfaction, that is why we operate on a "No Fix No Fee" basis and all parts we supply come with a years warranty. Call out charge is only £5.00 for all Glasgow areas and our rates, if not stated below, are £30 per hour.

We can do most repairs at your premises but for repairs that will take more than 3 hours the item will have to be uplifted to our Workshop as it would be mutually economically beneficial.

Below are our current rates for our most popular services:

• Windows Re-installations onsite: £60 Flat Fee. This includes all data backed up and restored to new installation. N.B. This is for data only not restoration of software. Offsite: £45 including latest service pack.
• Clean install of Windows i.e. Format and reinstall the operating system as it was when the Pc was bought. : £45.
• Spyware and Virus removal onsite : £40 , Offsite £30.
• Home Network Setups including Internet connection sharing: £45. Extra Pc setup £10 each.
• Data Recovery onsite: £45 , Offsite £30.
• Pc components upgrades / replacements i.e. Power supply unit, Video and sound cards, Floppy and CDrom / DVD drives, Harddisk (not including data transfer), Processors and Motherboards (may require Windows re-installation) onsite: £30. Ram upgrades £10
• Printer repairs mainly done offsite, prices variable.
• New Pc setup: £25
• Data transfer (Disk Clone) onsite: £40 , offsite £20.
• Pc configuration e.g. Email,printers,Internet access,File sharing, Software installation: £20 per instance.
• Whole day charge : £200
• New Barebones Systems available from £220 i.e Case + Power Supply Unit, Motherboard, Processor, Hard drive, DVD drive and Ram. Ideal for replacing a Pc with a blown motherboard or an inexpensive way to upgrade. We will make sure all your existing hardware is compatible and transfer it as well as your files and settings.(Windows reinstallation costs apply).
